Leak Compensation

Leak compensation automatically adjusts for varying leaks in intubated patients. It utilizes the SMART trigger™ for better trigger detection, calculates and adapts compensation for varying leaks introduced around the cuff.
The ventilator utilizes leak compensation safety limits appropriate for intubated patients vs. masked patients.
